WellyTails Dog Cartilage Hip & Joint Supplement Review: Find out how this great product can get your dogs up and moving again.

As our dogs get older, they face challenges with moving about.

They’re not as spry as they were in their puppy years.

That’s why using a product designed for cartilage, hip & joint health is so important.

Today we’re sharing this (affiliate link) WellyTails Dog Cartilage Hip & Joint Supplement review to share with you a fantastic supplement that will get your older pups up and moving more comfortably. WellyTails provided the product, but the opinions (and cute dogs) are all ours.

Of my three dogs, two recently celebrated their 13th birthdays.

That’s right, both my lab/collie and my German Shepherd are now teenagers!

If they were human girls, I’d have to worry about them starting to date soon! They’re canines, though, which means in “dog years,” they’re much older than teenagers.

As you can guess, they’re beyond “starting to slow down.”

Tasha

Tasha, my Shepherd, used to love to play fetch. She could do it for hours at a time. Now, she still loves the idea of it, but I make sure I throw the ball right to her so she doesn’t have to run.

Maia, my lab/Collie, well, she’s always been a lazy hound. She’s our Queen Bee, our Alpha Girl. At night, during family TV time, she likes to sit in her spot on the sofa.

For a while, she was having a hard time getting up there. Laying on the flood like a common dog is simply beneath Miss Maia!

WellyTails Dog Cartilage Hip & Joint Supplement Review: Find out how this great product can get your dogs up and moving again.

A few years ago, when my girls reached the double-digits, we started searching for the perfect different cartilage, hip & joint supplement.

A friend told me about the benefits of Glucosamine for older dogs. I know that arthritis is part of aging. At 13, I don’t expect Tasha to chase Frisbees or Maia to suddenly start saving little boys from wells. I just really wanted something to ease the aching for them.

I tried numerous different supplements. I lost count of all the brands.

The problem with all of them?

Getting my dogs to take them.

Tasha is a German Shepherd. One of the smartest dog breeds in the world. She’s not fooled by a pill hidden in a piece of bacon.

Maia was a bit more willing to try new things, but after a while she stopped taking pills too. When I saw that WellyTails Dog Cartilage, Hip & Joint Supplement came in powder form, I was intrigued. First, let’s talk about what’s in it.

WellyTails Dog Cartilage, Hip & Joint Supplement contains:

  • Glucosamine HCL
  • Chondroitin Sulphate
  • MSM
  • Green Lipped Mussel
  • Hyaluronic Acid
  • All 3 Omega-3s
  • Tart Red Cherry Powder

Still, powder is no good if my dogs turn their noses up at it. We’ve tried liquids, only to have them completely refuse to eat their food. So basically, not only did we waste the supplement, but the food it was on as well.

This is where WellyTails really gets it right. The WellyTails Dog Cartilage Hip & Joint Supplement features flavors that your dogs love. I couldn’t tell you what flavor that is, but it actually smells kind of good!

To make it super easy, you can either mix the powder with water to create a gravy or sprinkle it right over your dog’s food the way it is. We’ve done both and I really haven’t noticed much of a preference.

I do notice that my dogs actually eat it.

More importantly, I notice the benefits. We’ve been using it for about a month now. While my girls aren’t doing back flips (they were never quite THAT talented), they do seem to move much better.

Tasha doesn’t groan as often when she gets up from a nap. Maia has less trouble getting up on the sofa at night. To me, that make WellyTails Dog Cartilage Hip & Joint Supplement worth its weight in gold.

Update:

After using the WellyTails Dog Cartilage Hip & Joint Supplement for a little over a month now, I wanted to give an update.

My 13-year-old Shepherd is much more active now than she was in the past year before taking it.

While she’s still not running around like a spring chicken, she spends more time outside strolling around the yard. She’s having fewer accidents in the house because it’s easier for her to get up. I’m not saying the product will turn your senior dog into an active puppy again, but I’ve definitely noticed an major positive difference.
