Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a cookie sheet
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and stir until combined.
Using your hands or a cookie scoop, roll the mixture into small bowls.
Place the balls on the cookie sheet and flatten just a bit with a fork
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator, or make a larger batch and freeze.
