We shared a peanut butter dog treat with you a few months ago that went over so well with our dogs; we decided to try another spin on it!

This one has just four ingredients, all of which are hypoallergenic to most dogs.

The added peanuts really bring home the crunch factor!

Another benefit of this hypoallergenic dog treat recipe: it’s pretty tasty for people too!

It makes a great energy-boosting snack since it’s packed with protein.

Honey Oat Peanut Butter Hypoallergenic Dog Treat Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of oats
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of honey
1/3 cup of peanuts

Directions:

Stir in all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Chill the mixture for about half an hour
Using your hands or a spoon, scoop out a bit of the mixture and roll into a 1-inch ball.
Repeat until all mix is used.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in your fridge for up to one week.
